St. James student Ryan Behrens and City Council Member Phil Duncan shake hands after agreeing to support keeping Spring Street one-way between Broad Street and Park Avenue. Ryan expressed concerns that the additional traffic on Spring Street would caused an unnecessary safety problem for St. James School students and elderly parishoners crossing the street to and from the parking lot and the church.
